“Ayça Akin takes music in a whole new direction. Her work blends genres of classical, contemporary classical and electronic music together to create film worthy compositions.”
Ayça Akin is a classically trained pianist, orchestral composer, and producer who writes for media, film, and ensembles.
Akın studied piano performance for ten years at Carnegie Mellon University’s Music Preparatory School under teacher Ralph Zitterbart. From 2022 to 2024, Akın completed her orchestral composing studies under composer and teacher Leon Willett.
